Women’s Health & Nutrition Seminar

Ladies of all ages! Join us for a morning filled with info, discussion, and movement!

From 10-11am, Paige will be talking about nutrition, food, and wellness.

From 11am-noon, Bekah will be talking about movement, mobility, and exercise with a simple group workout during the last 20 minutes.

Bring some water and a mat if you plan to stay for the workout!
