our beliefs

Living our lives in worship and relationship

These are essential and core beliefs that we hold as foundational truth. While we recognize that there are various interpretations on Biblical ideas, these beliefs are firm and unwavering.

God

  • There is one God, eternally existing and revealing Himself to us in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, distinguishable, but indivisible. (John 14:23-26)

Jesus

  • Our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified and resurrected from the death.  He appeared to many after his death, ascended into heaven.  Now he is our high priest and advocate.  He will come again and rule for a millennium. (Acts 1:1-3)

Holy Spirit

  • The work of the Holy Spirit is to convict men of sin and lead and guide us to all truth (John 16:8)

  • The baptism in the Holy Spirit after salvation is an endowment of power and supernatural gifts for the equipping of His Church. (Acts 2:4)
